This live 2 session workshop is for you if

  • you are hosting dinner for food sensitive individuals but are unsure about what to serve
  • you have multiple food sensitivities and dread holiday meals
  • you are bringing food to a holiday meal that has food sensitive guests


You will walk away with delicious recipes, tested in your own kitchen that everyone will enjoy eating.

You will have a plan for your holiday meal so you are ready to welcome your guests with a smile.

It will require some work on your part. You will need to

  • Test the recipes
  • Modify some recipes
  • Find some recipes (maybe)

But you will not be alone! Cindy has cooked more than 7000 dinners for her food sensitive family and friends. She will be there to give you help, guidance and encouragement. Other participants will also share good ideas.

I know how time consuming, expensive and discouraging it can be to modify recipes. I also know you must test the recipes so you are sure they taste good.

Classes are Thursday, November 9 and Thursday, November 16. Classes will be taught over zoom and recorded if you cannot make it live. Time will be determined by survey of first registrants.
